Key Role in Supply Chain Management

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements and prevent stockouts or overstocking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Analyse data to inform decisions on material sourcing, lead times, and inventory management strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for supply chain management
Requirements
  • Production planning experience in SAP or material planning experience
  • Decision-making skills with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Pharma experience and knowledge of cGMP, TGA, and FDA requirements
Preferred Skills
  • Strong technical understanding of Supply Chain processes and systems
  • Experience with cold chain technologies and logistics
  • Knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs clearance, and import/export regulations
  • Experience with problem solving in a regulated environment
  • Strong safety mindset to proactively manage high volume, high throughput warehouse and logistics operations
