Job Description:

As a Launchpad Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of this initiative. Working closely with the Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship and in collaboration with Startmate, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and ongoing developing the program.

This includes managing participant recruitment, supporting marketing and outreach efforts, and serving as the primary point of contact for students from application through to post-program support.

You will also build strong relationships across the university and externally, fostering a thriving entrepreneurial community across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience leading to specialist expertise or broad knowledge in an administrative field
  2. Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise developed through extensive relevant experience and application
  3. Demonstrated ability to gain conceptual understanding of policies, procedures or systems and interpretation in policy application
  4. Ability to innovate and take responsibility for outcomes
  5. Demonstrated capacity to organise work effectively and efficiently and deliver outputs in a timely manner
  6. Experience within Victorian entrepreneurship eco-system preferable but not mandatory
