About our work, we collaborate with families, carers and communities to provide young people with the environment they need to grow.

This role is focused on enhancing the lives of young people in our Child Youth & Family programs by adopting a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting young people with daily tasks such as school drop off and pick up, meal preparation, family contact, community access and in-home support.
  • Working closely with young people to achieve their goals, including promoting positive relationships with peers and other significant persons in their life.

We seek a dedicated and nurturing professional who can form and maintain trust-based relationships with children and young people through visible interest and active engagement.

This role requires acting as an appropriate adult role model, supporting family involvement, and assisting young people to participate in decision-making.
