The RoleYou will work closely with the Registered Nurse to conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Registered Nurse with resident assessments and care planning
- Implementing care plans for each resident, ensuring their unique needs are met
- Accurately reporting and recording information relevant to the residents' care and condition
- Delivering person-centred care, utilising the latest approaches and technologies
You will be responsible for managing the medication administration process, assisting with wound management, continence, and palliative care. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholder demands and navigate complex situations.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated skills in wound management, medication administration, continence, and/or palliative care
