Supporting Elderly Care Professionals

About the Position
We are seeking highly skilled allied health professionals to support our community's elderly residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to enhance or maintain residents' physical function.
- Design and deliver group exercise programs tailored to residents' needs, as well as create individualized plans for optimal results.
- Conduct regular mobility assessments and monitor outcomes to ensure effective care.
- Promote seamless communication by providing accurate and timely assessments and documentation to nursing and care staff.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate allied health field with current registration.
- Expertise in assessment and program design.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
