We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and content calendar across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute local social media strategies that resonate with players and support campaign objectives.
- Localise and originate engaging content across platforms to drive player engagement and support campaign goals.
- Manage the day-to-day publishing of content, community interactions, and player engagement across our social channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead regional activations and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Brief and manage external agencies to support campaign execution and evergreen content creation.
- Analyse key social metrics and provide insights to optimise our social media strategy.
- 6+ years of experience managing social media channels in a fast-paced marketing or community role.
- Proven experience managing content and engagement across all major social platforms.
- Strong editorial and copywriting skills, with the ability to write in-brand and in-tone.
- Familiarity with social and content tools, including scheduling and analytics software.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with global counterparts.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
