Our team is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Brook Cafe kitchen as a Kitchen Hand.

About the Role

We require a full-time Kitchen Hand with at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, time management expertise and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing breakfast menus, fried items, burgers and basic pastas
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Desire to grow within the Hospitality Team
  • Knowledge of foodborne illnesses and prevention, sanitization methods and kitchen chemicals
  • Food Safety Certificate (mandatory)

This role would suit an experienced Kitchen Hand who is confident cooking a simple menu and is looking to take on more responsibility.
