About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. As a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing functional and business leadership, supporting and developing strategic planning for the Australian and New Zealand business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that support business growth, productivity, and sustainability goals through capital expenditure.
- Capital Budget Planning: Develop long-term and annual capital budget plans that are aligned with APAC Sector.
- Project Management: Manage major capital projects safely and to the approved budget, agreed schedule, and scope.
- Engineering Resource Development: Support and manage the development of engineering resources and succession planning.
- Reliability Agenda: Lead the reliability agenda to reduce engineering downtime to achieve world-class standards.
About You:
- Engineering Background: Engineering degree – mechanical, electrical, or chemical, highly desirable.
- Experience: Over 10 years of engineering experience in the food industry and project management experience.
- Capital Budget Planning: Experience in capital budget planning (short & long term).
- Strategic Business Planning: Experience in strategic business planning in relation to capital projects.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Track record of involvement with cross-functional areas such as marketing, sales, and R&D.
