Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Officer to support the implementation of a CRM system.

  • This is a three-month opportunity with the potential to extend.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project and operational support, monitoring plans, milestones, and deliverables. They will also update documentation on relevant issues, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide research and analysis in assigned project areas.
  2. Draft project briefs and documentation.
  3. Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and implementation issues.
  5. Provide secretariat and administrative services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to undertake research and analysis, and present data.
  • Previous experience in supporting CRM implementation projects.
  • Nsw government experience desirable.
  • Collaborative and team focused.
  • Understanding of change management concepts desirable.
