Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams.

About the Role

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering value-add services to our clients through the provision of technical tax advisory services and global mobility policy design. This includes helping clients understand and manage their regulatory tax compliance obligations for their internationally mobile workforce.

The role will also involve assisting in the management of a portfolio of multinational clients including interaction with international teams for the delivery of services. Additionally, the Senior Consultant will leverage data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax advice in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helping clients understand and manage their regulatory tax compliance obligations for their internationally mobile workforce
  • Assisting in the management of a portfolio of multinational clients including interaction with international teams for the delivery of services
  • Leveraging data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax advice in an accurate and timely manner
  • Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities
  • Ensure tax advisor deliverables are technically accurate and prepared to a high standard on a timely basis
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams
  • Qualifications from a University in accounting, HR or law
  • Experience in the provision of tax advisory services for employers and employees is highly desirable
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates will be highly regarded
