We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support services to clients, including assistance with daily tasks such as household chores and grocery shopping.
- Assist clients with medication management and accompany them to medical appointments.
- Foster independent living skills and implement behaviour management strategies as needed.
- Encourage social inclusion and community access through activities such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach trips.
- Hold a Blue Card for Working with Children or be eligible to apply.
- Have an NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be eligible to apply.
- Be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
- Complete NDIS E-Learning modules.
- Possess a smartphone with internet access.
