Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits professional to lead our client service efforts in the benefits division. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client strategies to drive revenue growth and retention
- Manage and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans and marketing campaigns
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in employee benefits, preferably in a retail agency setting
- Life and Health license required
- Additional professional designations (e.g. RHU, REBC, CEBS) a plus
