Job Description:

Requirements:
  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • A passion and energy for delivering world-class care
  • Ability to work as part of a team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes
