Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong skills in pasta production from dough-making to shaping and finishing
  • Experience with Italian cuisine is highly recommended
  • Chef experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
  • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for precision in preparation
  • Able to work morning shifts
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
