About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Team Lead. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members, delivering great food and an awesome customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support your team on a day-to-day basis, working front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor.
* Focus on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
* Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coach team members through workshops and online training.
* Maintain compliance with high standards for food quality and customer satisfaction.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
