Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Client Partner and Principal in the Technology practice.

About the Role

This dynamic role involves providing project coordination and administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of executive searches and business development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with high-level executives and their teams through effective client liaison, including written communication, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Review and approve monthly client billing invoices for accuracy, monitor accounts receivable aging detail, and assist in timely account collections.
  • Draft proposals, position specifications, and candidate resumes in collaboration with other team members.
  • Assist in preparing and editing Pitch Decks and proposals using PowerPoint.
  • Monitor engagements exported or shared with other offices and consultants worldwide.
  • Produce written responses to resumes and phone contacts.
  • Verify the accuracy of reports from accounting and request corrections when necessary.
  • Provide backup telephone and administrative support to other team members during absences.
  • Manage a high volume of calls from clients, candidates, business development contacts, and job seekers.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualifications/experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PowerPoint.
  • At least five years of experience supporting leaders and senior professionals in a Professional Services environment.
  • High level of professionalism, competence, and personal integrity.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a desire to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the firm.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have a 'can-do' attitude. A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to rewarding top talent.
