Your Role

As a Customer Support Agent And Service Admin, you will be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer queries, contacting riders and stores about products, and meeting performance targets. You will work with our current systems and support to transition to upgraded platforms and process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries, technical questions, and complaints
  • Maintain expert product knowledge by reviewing industry publications and establishing a network of professionals in the field

About You

We are looking for a dedicated team player who is committed to delivering results. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in an office-based environment
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • A strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem-solving
