Service Representative

As a Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop staff. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:- You will coordinate work from the service counter to the workshop, providing outstanding customer service throughout the process.
- Act as liaison between TCWA and customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and service requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Superb communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs.
