About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a Support Specialist to join our Behaviour Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model.
You will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans, building the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives, and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
With a genuine passion for working in the Disability sector, you will bring your expertise and experience to this rewarding role, helping us to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience;

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Registration as a Suitable or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner;
- A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional or similar related field (e.g., OT, Speech, Social Work, Psychology);
- Experience creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans, or experience working professionally and/or personally with disability and challenging behaviours;
- A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
