About the Role

This role requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about working in the Disability sector. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing evidence-based support plans that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies that promote positive behaviour and eliminate restrictive practices. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional or similar related field (e.g., OT, Speech, Social Work, Psychology)
  • Registration as a Suitable or Core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • experience creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans OR experience working professionally and/or personally with disability and challenging behaviours
  • a genuine passion for working in the Disability sector

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
