Caring for the Elderly

As a Residential Aged Care professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in our community-based care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and continence management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support residents' mobility, personal care and medication management.
- Assist residents in maintaining their dignity and independence.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse residents and staff.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a care environment or similar role.
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position is essential.
