We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in aged care facilities across Australia.
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:- Nursing Care Delivery: Provide individualized care plans and administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
- Health Assessments: Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Support and Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- No less than 6 months experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
