We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents across Australia.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
- 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
