We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our flagship venue in Western Australia, focusing on sustained growth and development. As a top-tier leader at The Sporting Globe, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and driving business success.

The key responsibilities include maintaining a positive working environment, optimising productivity, and achieving business objectives. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving financial transactions, managing operating costs, and building relationships with the local community.

Key qualifications include 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, exposure to both bar and restaurant environments, and experience in controlling financial aspects of a business. Additional requirements include the ability to lead, train, and develop a team, as well as possession of relevant certifications such as RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced, first aid certificate, and approved managers certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the entire staff
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
  • Review and approve financial transactions
  • Build relationships with the local community and enhance our loyalty program

Requirements:

  • 3-5yrs Hospitality Management experience
  • Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments
  • Experience in controlling the financial aspects of a business
  • Able to lead, train and develop a team
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced preferred but not essential
  • First aid certificate is preferred but not essential
  • Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential
