Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our warranty operations.

  • This role involves managing external warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of warranty and goodwill policies, as well as expertise in truck rebuilds, components, diagnostics, and cost repair/quote analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective warranty strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Investigate and resolve complex or disputed warranty issues while ensuring accurate repair order costings.
  • Manage all warranty documentation, including technical bulletins, correspondence, and claim history.
  • Prepare warranty performance reports, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a warranty and/or maintenance management role.
  • Mechanical trade qualifications and experience in external repair and warranty functions.
  • Exposure to maintenance management and expertise in truck rebuilds, component repair, and cost analysis.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong technical knowledge of OTR components, diagnostics, and manufacturer warranty policies.
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems like JDE and MS Project, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
