Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Australia.

The successful candidate will oversee the inspection, repair, and overhaul of high-voltage electro-mechanical equipment, including motors and generators.

They will also lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensuring efficient job scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to engage others and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inspection, repair, and overhaul of HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Lead and mentor department personnel.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets.
  • Maintain long-standing customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent qualification.
  • Western Australia Electrician License (preferable).
  • At least 5 years' experience in repair, rewind, and overhaul of high-voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
