{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets
* Ensure quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions
* Be the first point of contact for our members and potential customers
* Utilize procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members
* Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products

What You'll Need:

* A confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture
* Ability to build rapport with members and teammates
* Team player with the willingness to learn and grow
* Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Proficient with the use of computers
* Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
