About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a key member of our Integrated Brand team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our creator and short-form video strategies, ensuring they effectively support broader marketing goals and enhance our brand visibility and preference amongst target audiences on key channels and placements such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute measurable creator and influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement, and to shift the dial on consideration and preference.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with creators and influencers/agencies/talent managers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns for TikTok and other vertical video placements like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Partner with Finance and the wider team on annual social budget forecasting and initiatives planning, and managing your own allocation of this.
- Track and measure campaign performance, analysing ROI and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a seasoned, creative professional who is obsessive about socials and has experience in TikTok and crafting compelling short-form social video content. Experience in managing relationships with agencies and creators is also essential. You'll need to be comfortable with managing a budget, as well as ensuring that tasks are running to time and cost. An effective storyteller, you will be able to bring together people, ideas and insights to achieve great results for the business.
