Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building websites, including creating the website architecture. They will also manage the website back-end, including database and server integration, generate WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements, conduct website performance tests, and troubleshoot any issues.
In addition, they will provide WordPress training to clients as necessary and monitor the performance of live websites to ensure smooth functioning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
- In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and PHP, with hands-on experience in using Elementor or similar tools
- Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
- Ability to manage projects efficiently and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn proprietary software and provide support when needed
- Skilled and confident in client interaction, capable of handling direct client communication post-training
- Proficiency in basic Search Engine Optimization techniques and implementation

Benefits
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
