We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mobile Employment Consultant - Regional Outreach. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for providing employment services to job seekers in regional areas of New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face employment services to job seekers in regional areas, including Harden, Boorowa, Cooma, Bibbenluke, Bombala, Jindabyne, and Berridale.
- Work collaboratively with local businesses and community organizations to promote employment opportunities and support job seekers.
- Conduct outreach services to remote areas, using a mobile van to reach job seekers who may face barriers to accessing employment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including employers, community groups, and government agencies.
- Provide individualized support to job seekers, including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to job seeker outcomes and employment services delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Current driver's license and ability to drive a van, with a strong understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience in using employment software and systems.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
