Customer Service Representative

We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals with customer service experience to join our fun Tele Fundraising team on a casual basis. Previous experience is essential for success in this role.
Our Organisation:
Our organisation has been supporting Victorians living with disability for over 60 years, making a real difference in the lives of many people. We fundraise for various campaigns and programs which support Victorians of all ages living with disability.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to raise funds to support DSR programs
- Delivering fundraising scripts/key messages to promote genuine conversations about funding for DSR programs
- Consistently achieving individual and team based results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess sales/customer service skills, a confident phone manner, resilience, persistence, a great work ethic, self-motivation and teamwork. Intermediate computer skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also beneficial.
