Job Title:

A high-performing Automotive Parts Manager is required to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers
  • Provide leadership and direction to parts employees to ensure sales activities align with broader business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate sales revenue, margins and expense performance to maintain profit goals and initiate corrective action
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty and support through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure daily orders are placed on time and monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
  • Control and reconcile cash sales daily and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with departmental requirements
  • Regularly report sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with senior management
Requirements:
  • Strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
  • Wide/broad range of parts knowledge across various vehicle brands
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
