Key Role in Optimizing Asset Health and Performance

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a 12-month rolling plan to secure parts, resources, and works packs for assets while ensuring maximum availability at a cost-effective level. This includes:

  • Generating long-term plans and securing all necessary components and resources
  • Developing works packs with procedures, work orders, and special instructions
  • Liaising with OEMs, plant engineers, and maintenance/operations managers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant trade or tertiary qualification (heavy diesel/electrical or graduate diploma in maintenance management)
  • A qualification in reliability engineering is highly desirable
  • 5-10 years of experience working in a mining environment
  • Proficiency in Pronto & AMT (CMMS) and MS Project, Excel, and KPI report writing/development
