Senior Business Partner

As a senior business partner, you will enjoy a hands-on role in a supportive and professional environment.

You will work closely with medium-sized business clients, manage relationships, and deliver high-quality advice in an accounting firm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of medium-sized business clients across various industries
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
  • Provide proactive advice on tax planning, structuring, and business strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with directors and mentor junior staff where necessary
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 5+ years' experience in business services within Australian public practice accounting firms
  • Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners
