These programs focus on delivering supportive, informed and inclusive healthcare services that cater to customers' needs and preferences.
Role Overview
The Health Program Leader will oversee a team of Coaches who deliver coaching programs and provide clinical support when needed. Responsibilities include team management, operational efficiency and delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic people leadership and foster a positive team culture.
- Support team development through mentorship, coaching and regular reviews.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive motivation and achieve goals.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure the delivery of compliant telehealth services.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and other departments to identify and address opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the launch of new health programs.
- Provide clinical supervision and handle complex coaching situations.
- Coordinate workforce planning.
