Job Title: Pastry Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare and deliver high-quality desserts and cakes.

Working alongside the kitchen leadership team, you will design dishes and train other chefs in pastry techniques.

As a member of our kitchen brigade, your mission is to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality desserts and cakes
  • Designing and training on pastry techniques
  • Maintaining high standards and contributing to the development of innovative and delicious dishes

Requirements include:

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts
  • A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve
  • A vehicle and driver’s license (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property
