Restaurant Manager Job Description

As an Experienced Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. The role involves planning menus, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have proven fine dining and bistro experience, excellent communication skills, sales abilities, and a commitment to customer service. Flexibility to work across other areas during quieter periods is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus in consultation with chefs and culinary experts.
  • Organise special functions and events.
  • Maintain records of stock levels and daily transactions.
  • Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations.
  • Confere with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
  • Supervise waiting and kitchen staff.

The successful candidate will have a professional manner, excellent people skills, and a flair for restaurant service. They will be highly organised, accurate, and attentive to detail.

A clean driving license and ability to own a car are essential for this role.

This is a managerial salaried position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
