Job DescriptionWe seek a reliable and organised person to provide administrative and customer service support at our Kalgoorlie branch. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
You will help the team run smoothly by handling customer enquiries, data entry, and general office tasks using systems like Salesforce and iTrack (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Complete data entry and admin tasks accurately.
- Support operations and administration team with daily tasks.
- Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records.
- Perform reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or office administration (logistics background is advantageous).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Commitment to safety and following processes.
