About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and ambitious Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sportsgirl. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
  • Inspire and develop the in-store team, providing coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve revenue, implementing effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Manage new stock deliveries and curate visually appealing displays, maintaining a high-quality store environment.
  • Support with administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and rostering.
