Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement effective strategies for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service by owning customer engagement, striving for excellence in all interactions, and acting according to the highest professional standards.
  • A key aspect of this role will be establishing close working relationships with Compliance teams and effectively managing Anti-Money Laundering risks.
  • Onboarding new facility clients and conducting annual reviews to ensure credit risks are managed will also be a critical component of this position.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolios and through targeted onboarding of new customers.
  • Collaboration with other Global Businesses and Product/Service Partners to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships will be essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current experience in commercial banking, providing superior customer service and meeting/exceeding customer expectations is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial orientation and experience writing credit papers are necessary.
  • Portfolio management experience with the ability to build strong lasting relationships with internal/external stakeholders is essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer due diligence processes are also required.
  • Attention to detail and autonomous work capabilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
