Job Overview

Rapid Media is seeking a seasoned Digital Media Specialist with extensive experience in media buying and digital strategy to lead a portfolio of local, national, and international clients. This role will provide an opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive client engagement and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, account directors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital media, ensuring our clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage inventory purchases to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital media, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, including Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Programmatic, and GCM360.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven insights and strategy, with ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Agency background with experience working with multiple brands and client types.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
