Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead housekeeping, administration, hospitality, catering, admissions, sales, funding, and maintenance functions in a people-first environment.

As General Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the facility's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage housekeeping, administration, hospitality, catering, admissions, sales, funding, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Lead teams to maintain a clean, home-like environment and enhance resident experience.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and control budgets.
