About the Production Role:

We are seeking experienced production machine operators to service client requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on production lines
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to bag and pack products
  • Start and stop production machinery as required
  • Troubleshoot machinery errors
  • Perform manual lifting tasks up to 20kgs
  • Maintain cleanliness standards as required
  • Comply with Engineering ISO9002 Quality Assurance System and Food Environmental Policy criteria

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as a production operator or machine operator
  • Understanding and previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to perform all production tasks, including packing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with fault-finding ability
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
