**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a hands-on and mechanically minded **Line Operator** to join our manufacturing team at our Truganina facility in Melbourne.

This is a **full-time, permanent position**, reporting to the **Shift Supervisor**. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly.

**Your work pattern will include**:

- **84 hours per fortnight**:

- **12-hour shifts** (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- **7 shifts per fortnight**, following a rotating cycle:

- 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off_
- **Two full weekends off per month**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor beverage filling and packaging machinery.
- Keep raw materials and packaging supplies stocked for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot minor production line issues or escalate when required.
- Assist with changeovers and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in **FMCG** or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
- Understanding of **HACCP**, **GMP**, and hygiene protocols.
- Experience with **Krones/Kosme** production lines or **PET manufacturing** is advantageous.
- A current **forklift licence** and **driver's licence** (preferred).
- Full working rights in Australia.
