Job Description
  • Lead Complex Projects

As a Procurement Consultant, you will lead the delivery of complex procurement and supply chain consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive efficiency and optimize processes.

  • Develop Strong Client Relationships

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional consulting services. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage and Mentor a Team

You will manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results.

  • Drive Business Development

You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership activities. Your ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices will enable you to contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.

  • Ensure Project Delivery

You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with standards of excellence. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to deliver practical, value-driven solutions to clients.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven Experience

You will have proven experience (8+ years) in procurement, supply chain management, or a related consulting field. Your strong leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring teams will enable you to succeed in this role.

  • Excellent Client-Facing Skills

You will have excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes will be essential in this role.

  • Business Development Experience

Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations, is highly desirable. Your ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices will enable you to contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.

  • Relevant Qualifications

You will have relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration. CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
