Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Kmart. As a Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in our online shopping and digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate requirements gathering processes, including workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, including process improvements, system enhancements, and technology implementations.
  • Act as a catalyst for organizational change by facilitating stakeholder buy-in, conducting impact assessments, and developing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of proposed solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ways of working, including story refinement/slicing, in concert with Iteration and Delivery Managers.
  • Leverage advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in complex marketing technology environments, with exposure to customer-facing digital technologies.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Software Development, the SDLC, and technical concepts.
  • A high degree of proficiency in Agile ways of working and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Miro and/or Mural and process mapping tools like Draw.io/Visio.
  • Outstanding documentation and communication skills, as well as prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within retail/e-commerce environments is highly regarded.
Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per yearBenefits:
