The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and implement clinical trial activities as part of a multifaceted team. This includes providing high-quality nursing care and monitoring the safety and wellbeing of trial participants throughout the study.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Nursing Coordination: Coordinate and implement clinical trial activities in collaboration with the research team
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care and monitor the safety and wellbeing of trial participants
- Data Management: Collect, document, and manage clinical trial data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Team Collaboration: Liaise regularly with principal investigators, clinical trial co-ordinators, and all site staff to ensure seamless trial delivery
- Nursing Qualifications: Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years experience
- Research Experience: Experience in clinical research, preferably with exposure to industry-sponsored clinical trials of at least 2 years
- Skillset: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ethics: Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical research practices
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
