Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in clinical research.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of therapeutic areas and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years independent on-site monitoring experience, with at least 3 years in oncology. You must also possess deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations, as well as strong therapeutic area expertise and protocol understanding.

A degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (or equivalent experience) is required. Tech-savvy individuals with Microsoft Office and mobile tools proficiency will also be considered.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
