We are currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team on an exciting retail refurbishment project in Melbourne's South East.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile $50 million retail project and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the project. You will also assist with project planning, procurement, and scheduling, as well as liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience: In a commercial construction or project coordination role, preferably with a Tier 3 Builder
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Jobpac and Procore (an advantage)
