Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and negotiating construction contracts, managing variations, claims, disputes, and ensuring contractual compliance.

They will work closely with project teams to align contracts with project needs, prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and financial reports, monitor contractor performance and compliance, build and maintain strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships, conduct contract risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.

Support the resolution of contractual disputes and contribute to the development of best practices in contract administration.

  • 4+ years' contract admin experience in construction, including significant projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts, legislation, codes, and standards
  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to contract processes
  • Defence and Health sector experience highly regarded
  • Team player with solid collaboration skills
  • Proficient in contract systems and MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction or QS preferred
